Can I help work on my car when it is at your shop. I have some experience and would like to learn more.

Sorry, Insurance doesn’t allow any nonemployees working. You are paying us to work on your car. Sit back and enjoy not having to get dirty. We will be happy to explain in detail why and what we needed to do to fix your car.

Can I watch?

Can I watch while you work on my car?

Answer
While we often invite you in the work bay to show you an item of interest on your car it’s not safe or practical to have another body in the way while we are doing the majority of the work.We take great pride in giving your car our full attention. Outside influences makes that difficult.

Question: can I supply my own parts and have you install them?

Answer: No, do to the variance for quality and high potential of counterfeit parts We can’t offer any warranty. Therefor we don’t do this. With our parts we can continue ti offer our 12 month /12000 mile warranty.
