Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Honesty. Quality. Friendly.

AC ran cool but not cold. Took my VW to “another European car service place in town” for a recharge. They tried to tell me there was a leak and upsell me on thousands of work. They also took out my existing cooling charge and wouldn’t refill it.

At Courtesy they found no leak and charged my AC right up plain and simple at a fair price. AC works great now. If you have a VW this is the place to get honesty, quality, and friendly service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. In a quick bind where I needed to address a potential oil leak quickly. They were responsive, informative, and gave me peace of mind regarding the situation. What I appreciated most is that they educated me about my car, the specific part, the different variables, and while I wasn’t able to fit into their schedule, they suggested me to another credible provider.

The best customer service comes from those that truly want the best for the customer, even if what’s best for the customer is sending them to another provider, and Courtesy Auto has that level of customer services. They take care of their customers.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dealership quality service at a reasonable price. Been coming here for years and have had no issues whatsoever. They constantly go above and beyond changing things like lights or filling up wiper fluid for free without being asked to and they always have the lowest price.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It's been a while since I took my Jetta to this mechanic. It was a TDI Sportswagen. The prices were great. I had a wheel bearing replaced. The mechanic had/has great knowledge of these German cars. I was happy when I saw the invoice. I will go here in the future for all Vee Dub repairs. And yes...the only fix VW's.
