AC ran cool but not cold. Took my VW to “another European car service place in town” for a recharge. They tried to tell me there was a leak and upsell me on thousands of work. They also took out my existing cooling charge and wouldn’t refill it.

In a quick bind where I needed to address a potential oil leak quickly. They were responsive, informative, and gave me peace of mind regarding the situation. What I appreciated most is that they educated me about my car, the specific part, the different variables, and while I wasn’t able to fit into their schedule, they suggested me to another credible provider.

It's been a while since I took my Jetta to this mechanic. It was a TDI Sportswagen. The prices were great. I had a wheel bearing replaced. The mechanic had/has great knowledge of these German cars.
